German Commercial Bank to Offer Bitcoin and Ethereum Trading through Crypto Finance
Deutsche Börse's Crypto Finance Partners with Commerzbank to Offer Crypto Trading to Corporate Clients
Crypto Finance, a subsidiary of Germany's largest stock exchange operator Deutsche Börse, has signed an agreement with Commerzbank to provide trading services for the bank's corporate clients. This comes just two weeks after the bank reached a similar agreement with Switzerland's Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB).
The two companies announced in a press release on Thursday that Commerzbank, the second largest bank in Germany by branch count, will provide custody services. Trading services offered by Deutsche Börse's subsidiary will be available to German clients and will initially focus on trading the two largest cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
