US Official: Suspect in Alleged Trump Assassination Attempt Didn't Fire, Lurked Near Scene for Nearly 12 Hours
According to Golden Finance, Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw stated that Ryan Rous, the suspect accused of attempting to assassinate former President Trump, did not directly see Trump or have a chance to fire a weapon.
A Secret Service agent spotted a rifle with a scope extending from outside the fence and immediately confronted the suspect. The suspect then fled the scene in a vehicle and was subsequently apprehended by law enforcement. The investigation is ongoing.
