If Bitcoin Drops Below $56,000, Mainstream CEX Accumulated Long Liquidation Strength Will Reach $487 Million
According to Coinglass data reported by Golden Finance, if Bitcoin falls below $56,000, the cumulative long liquidation intensity of major CEXs will reach $487 million.
Conversely, if Bitcoin rises above $60,000, the cumulative short liquidation intensity of major CEXs will reach $526 million.
Note: The liquidation chart does not display the exact number of contracts to be liquidated or the exact value of the liquidated contracts. The bars on the liquidation chart represent the relative importance of each liquidation cluster compared to neighboring liquidation clusters, i.e., intensity.
Therefore, the liquidation chart shows the extent to which a price reaching a certain level will be affected. A higher "liquidation bar" indicates a stronger reaction due to liquidity waves when the price reaches that level.
