Abrams, who said he rarely engages with individuals seeking attention, explained that protocol deployments usually follow governance votes. He added that deployment priority depends on the activities and work involved, but efforts are underway to reduce the amount of work required for each chain.

The CEO's comments are in response to social media posts accusing Uniswap Labs of extorting millions of dollars from entities seeking to deploy its protocol. One user claimed that this alleged misconduct is common.
