Canadian blockchain investment firm Cypherpunk Holdings has announced its name change to "Sol Strategies," reflecting its new Solana-centric investment strategy. This shift includes staking Solana and investing in projects and infrastructure within the Solana ecosystem.

The company's legal name change from "Cypherpunk Holdings Inc." to "Sol Strategies Inc." became effective on September 12, 2024, after being unanimously approved by the company's board of directors and shareholders at a shareholders' meeting held on July 30, 2024. Sol Strategies will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the stock symbol HODL and on the OTC market under CYFRF. (Newsfilecorp)
