On October 2nd, Lorenzo, a Bitcoin liquidity finance layer project, officially announced an upgrade to the Cap 2 rewards for its pre-staking Babylon event. This upgrade will increase the Cap 2 YAT (yLRZ2) rewards to the equivalent of 3 million USD in LRZ tokens. Currently, the Cap 2 event accepts both native BTC and BTCB staking. Stakers will not only receive the aforementioned additional YAT rewards but also potential staking rewards from Babylon and Lorenzo points.
